Airline CSA stands for "Airline Customer Service Agent," and refers to the front-line employees who work for airlines and are responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs. In addition to these tasks, airline CSAs are also responsible for managing flight changes and cancellations, rebooking passengers, and answering questions about travel policies and procedures.
